Arunita hails from Bangaon, West Bengal. Having taken formal training in Hindustani Classical and Semi-Classical, Arunita definitely knows how to spellbind her audiences! With an unblemished mastery in the languages of Hindi and Bengali, she knows her way into the audiences’ heart. Arunita is also an avid Harmonium player and loves to collect musical instruments while acquiring new skills.
Being the maestro she is, Arunita draws her inspiration from the legendary sister duo of Lata ji and Asha ji. Her extraordinary repertoire includes winning the Zee Bangla Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Little Champs, participation in Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Little Champs and being the 1st Runner @ Indian Idol.
With impeccable finesse in her singing, she is here to stay and enamor the audiences alike !
